Falling in love is one of the most intense experiences we can ever have. 'To be wise and love exceeds man's might,' wrote William Shakespeare in Troilus and Cressida. And it is true. After all, how could you be wise when your heart begins to race, your palms sweat, and your legs shake like a leaf?
All of the above are "symptoms" of being in love. But what is love exactly? Science might have an answer.
