A simplified version of the traditional fairy tale based on the text of Madame de Beaumont.
In few hours the old merchant was at home. When he told his fatal adventure to his children, the eldest sisters blamed Beauty of his father’s fate.
But she said: My father will not suffer because of me. I will go to the Beast’s palace. I am very happy in thinking that my death will save my father’s life.
The merchant was very sad at the idea of losing his daughter and tried to convince her to stay.
But Beauty replied: My dear father, you will not go to the palace without me. There’s nothing you can do to stop me.
