I am Sophia. Today I am going to buy groceries. With three children, I need to organize my time very carefully. So I go grocery shopping once a week. I always start by making a list. If I don’t write it down, I end up buying other things that I don´t need. My solution is to organize my list around categories such as fruits and vegetables; dairy products; canned goods; and meat. And finally, household cleaning and personal hygiene products.
