Can I really learn just through reading and listening to audiobooks?

How often should I study?

Every day if you can. And, if not, you should aim for at least 5 or 6 days a week. Language learning is more about forming good habits than it is about committing huge amounts of time. When is the best time to study?

Pick a time that you tend to be free every day. That’s the best time to study. Maybe it’s just before dinner or after brushing your teeth in the morning. It doesn’t exactly matter when it is, so long as it’s the same time every day. A wandering schedule is hard to maintain and easy to forget. But a simple, standard schedule will quickly become a habit and is the best way to keep up with your language studies.
