“Counting all different ideas drifting awaaaaaaay” is a line from the song 1901 by Phoenix. When you’re counting, you’re using numbers. And these numbers are represented by numerals. Usually, a lot of places adapted the Arabic numerals so it is more common to see Arabic numerals or Latin digits. Like in Haitian Creole, for example, you’ll notice that the numerals are written in Arabic numerals but their names are sort of close to French numbers.
