What is your favorite month of the year? Mine would be October. In the northern hemisphere, October = autumn season. There’s something quite magical about the leaves turning warm colors that I always end up falling for. Hah, get it? Anne of Green Gables said it best: she was “glad to live in a world where there are Octobers.”
In Ukraine, October is very special. Around this time, there’s a period called Indian summer. The sun shines its bright golden rays, making everything feel warm and snug right before the snow starts to fall. But don’t worry, the first snowfall typically doesn't happen until November!
