There is one thing you should never be ashamed of showing… you should never be ashamed of showing emotions. I mean, it is easier said than done, but there is nothing wrong with it. You shouldn't hide them, because expressing how you feel is healthy.

We all feel emotions every day. Even the ultimate diva Mariah Carey sings about them—emotions "deeper than you can ever dream of" and "higher than the heavens above." See, no one is immune. On that note, how are you doing and how are you feeling today?
